納米固色劑ZD-556
1、簡(jiǎn)介
納米固色劑ZD-566是新一代應(yīng)用在牛仔系列的專(zhuān)用助劑，可與染料構(gòu)成不溶于水的大分子化合物，從而提高染色物的耐水洗色牢度及摩擦牢度。適用于棉、麻、粘膠等固色處理。
2.基 本 性 狀
外 觀：微黃色透明液體
離子性：陽(yáng)離子
pH 值：4.0-5.0（1%水溶液）
溶解性：可用水以任意比例稀釋
3.特性及優(yōu)點(diǎn)
☆ 不含游離甲醛或結(jié)合甲醛，符合環(huán)保要求；
☆ 對(duì)色織物的耐水洗和摩擦等色牢度有明顯提升；
☆ 不影響染色織物的手感及親水性。
☆ 基本不影響織物色光。
4.應(yīng) 用 范 圍
棉、麻、粘膠等纖維染色、印花后的固色處理。

納米固色劑ZD-566 5-15g/L
注：納米固色劑ZD-566的用量需視染色織物顏色深淺而作調(diào)整，深色需提高，淺色可降低。
6.注 意 事 項(xiàng)
一般情況下，不可與陰離子助劑同浴使用；
7.包裝 和儲(chǔ)存
125kg塑料桶裝。
宜存放于陰涼通風(fēng)處，貯存期為6個(gè)月。
Nano-fixing Agent ZD-556
1. Brief introduction
The Nano-fixing agent ZD-566 is a new generation of special addictive used in denim series. It can form water-insoluble macromolecule compounds with dyes, thus improving the washing fastness and rubbing fastness of dyes. It is suitable for the color fixing of cotton, linen and viscose.
2.Basic traits
Appearance: yellowish transparent liquid
Ionicity: cation
pH value: 4.0-5.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: It can be diluted with water in any ratio
3.Characteristics and advantages
☆ It does not contain free formaldehyde or combined formaldehyde, which meets the environmental requirements.
☆ The color fastness to washing and rubbing of dyed fabrics is improved obviously.
☆ It does not affect the handle and hydrophilicity of dyed fabrics.
☆ It does not affect the color of the fabric.

Fixing treatment after dyeing and printing of cotton, linen and viscose fibers
5.Suggested dosage
Nano-fixing agent ZD-556 5-15g/L
Note: The amount of nano-fixing agent ZD-566 should be adjusted according to the color demand of the dyed fabric. The dosage should be enhanced for dark colored fabric and reduced for light colored fabric.
6.Note
Normally, it can’t be used in the same bath with anionic auxiliaries.

Plastic barrel/125kg
Store in a cool and ventilated place for a period of 6 months.
