1、簡(jiǎn)介
排氣劑ZD-328是作為牛仔染色及前處理煮煉使用的無(wú)泡沫助劑。
2.基 本 性 狀 ：
外 觀：無(wú)色至黃色粘稠流體，略帶氣味。
組 份：磷酸酯鹽，陰離子性。
pH 值：7.0-8.0（1%水溶液）
溶解性：易溶于水，與陰離子和非離子型表面活性劑具有良好的相溶性。
3.特性及優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
☆ 本產(chǎn)品具有優(yōu)異的排氣作用，低泡沫性，降低表面漲力，使牛仔靛藍(lán)染液中的保險(xiǎn)粉不易揮發(fā)，穩(wěn)定染液電位。
☆ 能減少保險(xiǎn)粉的揮發(fā)，減低保險(xiǎn)粉的用量。
☆ 其優(yōu)異的分散性具有防止氧化膜的生成，避免了氧化膜的粘棍。
☆ 如配合本公司高性能的滲透劑ZD-139更能做出艷蘭的水洗效果。
4.參 考 用 量 ：
用于母液化料時(shí)注意其耐堿性（耐堿性為50克升左右），應(yīng)化完母液后添加。使用量區(qū)分片染為0.5-3克升，束染為1-5克升。
5.包裝和儲(chǔ)存：
125kg塑料桶裝。
置陰涼通風(fēng)倉(cāng)庫(kù)，貯存期為12個(gè)月。
Exhaust Agent ZD-328
1. Brief introduction
The exhaust agent ZD-328 is used as a foam-free addictive for denim dyeing and pretreatment.
2.Basic features:
Appearance: Colorless transparent viscous fluid, with a little odor.
Component: Phosphate, anionic property.
pH value: 7.0-8.0 (1% aqueous solution).
Solubility: It is soluble in water and has good compatibility with anionic and nonionic surfactants.
3.Characteristics and advantages:
☆ This product has excellent exhaust effect, low foaming property and low surface expansion force.
☆ Therefore, the sodium hydrosulfite in indigo dyeing solution is not easy to volatilize and thus stabilizing the potential of the solution.
☆ It can reduce the volatilization and the consumption of the sodium hydrosulfite. Its excellent dispersion prevents the formation of oxide film and thus avoiding roll sticking.
☆ If combined with our company's high-performance Penetrating Agent ZD-139, it can make a brilliant blue washing effect.
4. Suggested dosage
When used as mother liquefied material, attention should be paid to its alkali resistance (about 50g liter), which should be added after the mother liquor has been dissolved. The amount of usage: 0.5-3g/L for slashing is and 1-5g/L for rope dyeing.
5.Package and storage
Plastic barrel/125kg
Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse for a period of 12 months.
