多功能精練酶MD-162
1、簡(jiǎn)介
工本品是一種復(fù)合型環(huán)保產(chǎn)品。主要應(yīng)用于針織布、棉紗、棉布、麻及一般滌絳織物在染色前的漂白整理工序。經(jīng)多功能精練酶處理后可有效去除棉面料中的蠟類(lèi)、漿料、自然鹽份、自然顏色等雜質(zhì)。使織物表面光潔、白度提高、手感柔軟滑爽，具有良好的外觀表現(xiàn)。多功能精練酶替代了傳統(tǒng)藝中的燒堿、滲透劑、精煉劑、氧漂穩(wěn)定劑、螯合劑等多種助劑。

溶 解 性：易溶于溫水中

☆ 極大減少了使用的助劑品種，高度簡(jiǎn)化了漂白工藝。

汽蒸(100℃，60分鐘)熱水洗，水洗
備注：以上工藝根據(jù)染廠實(shí)際情況試驗(yàn)后酌情調(diào)整。
5、包裝與貯存
25kg編織袋，密封貯存，常溫通風(fēng)干燥處6個(gè)月。

1. Brief introduction

Continuous rolling and steaming of cotton fabric:
Hydrogen Peroxide(27.5%) 30-50 Ml/l
Multifunctional scouring enzyme 10-20 G/l,
Steaming (100℃，60min) hot wash, wash
Remarks: The above process shall be adjusted according to the actual situation of dyeing plant.
