1、簡介
防沾皂洗劑ZD-822為表面活性劑的復(fù)配物，具有很好的防沾污、皂洗，螯合、分散、乳化性能，可做印花織物的凈洗劑，能夠有效地去除浮色，防止印花織物沾色。

離子性：陰、非離子
pH 值：6.0 - 7.5 （1%水溶液）

☆ 可有效去除活性染料染色后的浮色。
☆ 對(duì)金屬離子有較好的螯合作用。
☆ 用于染色、印花后皂洗，可去除浮色，不影響色光。
☆ 對(duì)各種電解質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，耐酸、堿及氧化劑。
☆ 基本無泡，可有效節(jié)水。

用于纖維素纖維織物的前處理工藝。
用于各種纖維染色后皂洗工藝，去除浮色。
用于各種纖維織物印花后皂洗工藝。

染后或印后皂洗：防粘皂洗劑ZD-319 1-4 g/l
6.包裝和儲(chǔ)存
125kg塑料桶包裝。
置于陰涼通風(fēng)倉庫，貯存期半年。
溫度低時(shí)，外觀會(huì)發(fā)生變化，但不影響使用效果。
Anti-staining Soaping Agent ZD-822
1. Brief introduction
With good anti-staining, soaping, chelating, dispersing and emulsifying properties, the soaping agent ZD-822 is a compound of surfactant used as a detergent for printing fabrics. It can effectively remove floating color and prevent printed fabrics from staining.
2. Basic traits
Appearance: light yellow liquid
Ionicity: anionic - nonionic
pH value: 6.0 - 7.5 (1% aqueous solution)
3.Characteristics and advantages
☆ It can effectively remove the floating color after dyeing of reactive dyes.
☆ It has good chelating effect on metal ions.
☆ It is used for soaping after dyeing and prints. It can remove floating color without affecting the color of fabrics.
☆ It is stable to various electrolytes and resistant to acid, alkali and oxidant.
☆ It has a few bubbles and can save water effectively.

Used for pretreatment process of cellulosic fiber fabrics.
Used for soaping after various fiber dyeing processes and removing floating color.

Post-dyeing or post-printing soaping: Anti-stick soaping agent ZD-319 1-4g/L

Cool and ventilated warehouse with a shelf life of half a year.The appearance changes with low temperature, but it does not affect the normal usage.
